Yes I can confirm that there will be an update to the SuperNOVA machines coming out in the August time frame. And yes there IS GOING TO BE AN EXTRA TRACK available. However it is currently not confirmed what this new track is at the moment.
It is also not known if this is going to be a chargable upgrade to the machine or not, this is being checked with Japan at the moment.

When the patch for SuperNOVA's timing issues was announced, it was also announced that this patch would include a new song for the game. I was looking for some information around the net, when I found this post in a forum:
